Appartments A include autonomous kitchen, a big double-bed room and a
smaller room of 1+1 beds. One of the apartments A includes a sofa-bed for a fifth person as well. All the appartments A include
TV, AC, big balconeis and hot water. They all are on the ground and newly built.
Most of studios B are on the 1st floor and the rest are on the ground floor. The ones situated on the first floor have a view of
the sea and include room service. All studios B have individual entrance, big balconies, multifunction kitchenette, TV, AC and
hot water. They all include 2+1 beds or bouble bed + one coach-bed and all ground floor studios B are newly built.
All first floor studios B have been recently renovated

In case the rooms of Milos Beach are fully booked or if you prefer a different type of accommodation, there is the possibility
of accommodation in the greater area of Ag. Ioannis. So, if you wish, we can book rooms or apartments for you that are located
in close proximity to Milos Beach only if you purchase one of our windsurfing or kiteboarding programs. We can also rent equipement
to customers who wish to windsurf or kitesurf in other areas, away from Milos Beach (yachts, different beaches etc.).
